By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
Campaigns and Contributions
Campaign creators are responsible for the accuracy of campaign content, rewards, disclosures, updates, and fulfillment obligations. Contributors are responsible for reviewing campaign details before contributing. Contributions may be subject to campaign-specific terms, payment processor rules, eligibility requirements, and applicable law.
Platform Role
Raised provides technology for publishing, discovering, managing, and contributing to campaigns. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Raised is not a party to agreements between creators and contributors and does not guarantee campaign outcomes, delivery, investment performance, or fundraising success.
Payments and Fees
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Fees, refunds, chargebacks, settlement timing, and payout rules may depend on the payment provider and campaign type. You authorize us and our payment providers to process transactions connected to your use of the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity. You may not interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or misuse another user's information.
Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Raised a license to host, display, reproduce, modify for formatting, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account, campaign, or activity violates these terms, creates risk, or is required by law or platform policy.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raised is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
